GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Unless otherwise stated in writing, parts sold by Premier Water Tanks LLC are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship only, subject to the terms and periods listed below. Labor, freight, removal, reinstallation, travel time, downtime, rent, and consequential or incidental damages are not covered unless expressly authorized in writing by Premier Water Tanks LLC prior to repair or replacement. Returned parts may be required for inspection, and failure to return requested components may result in claim denial.
Warranty periods begin on the date of retail sale. If a part is replaced within the full tank warranty period, the replacement part assumes the remaining warranty of the tank and does not receive a new or extended retail parts warranty.
Parts warranties do not include wear components, including but not limited to diaphragms, seals, balls, valve seats, or components that fail due to abuse, abrasion, contamination, improper fluids, misuse, misinstallation, lack of maintenance, or normal wear.
STANDARD PARTS WARRANTY PERIODS
- Hydraulic Pumps & Motors - 18 months or 2,000 operating hours, whichever occurs first
- Water Pumps - 12 months
- Hydraulic Coupler Kits - 90 days
- Hydraulic, UTE & BMC Spray Heads - 120 days (Wear components excluded)
- Electric Butterfly Valves - 120 days
- Ball Valves, Couplings, Nozzles & Pipes - 12 months (Wear components excluded)
- Elkhart Brass Products - 18 months
- Wiring Harnesses - 12 months
SPECIAL ORDER & NON-STOCK PARTS
Special-order parts sold by Premier Water Tanks LLC may be subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty terms, limitations, and approval process. In such cases, Premier Water Tanks LLC provides no additional warranty beyond that offered by the manufacturer, and all claims are subject to the manufacturer’s inspection and final determination.
Warranty coverage for special-order parts may differ in duration, scope, or eligibility, and customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable manufacturer’s warranty requirements.
