GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Unless otherwise stated in writing, parts sold by Premier Water Tanks LLC are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship only, subject to the terms and periods listed below. Labor, freight, removal, reinstallation, travel time, downtime, rent, and consequential or incidental damages are not covered unless expressly authorized in writing by Premier Water Tanks LLC prior to repair or replacement. Returned parts may be required for inspection, and failure to return requested components may result in claim denial.
Warranty periods begin on the date of retail sale. If a part is replaced within the full tank warranty period, the replacement part assumes the remaining warranty of the tank and does not receive a new or extended retail parts warranty.
WEAR COMPONENTS
Wear components, including but not limited to diaphragms, seals, balls, and valve seats, are warranted against manufacturing defects that appear within the warranty period of the category the part belongs to (or the General Parts period if no category applies). Normal wear is not covered, nor are failures caused by abuse, abrasion, contamination, improper fluids, misuse, misinstallation, or lack of maintenance.
STANDARD PARTS WARRANTY PERIODS
- Hydraulic Pumps & Motors – 18 months or 2,000 operating hours, whichever occurs first
- Water Pumps – 12 months
- Hydraulic Coupler Kits – 90 days
- Hydraulic & Pneumatic Spray Valves – 120 days (normal wear not covered)
- Electric Butterfly Valves – 120 days
- Ball Valves, Couplings, Nozzles & Pipes – 12 months (normal wear not covered)
- Elkhart Brass Products – 18 months
- Wiring Harnesses – 12 months
- General Parts – 12 months (parts not listed above and not covered by a section below)
USED & REMANUFACTURED PARTS
Used and remanufactured parts are sold as-is. They carry no warranty, express or implied.
PRODUCT CONFORMITY-ONLY ITEMS
Items identified as conformity-only on their product page (for example gaskets, weld-on mounts and brackets, repair gussets, epoxy, and decals) are guaranteed to be the correct part and to match their listed specifications when delivered. No warranty is provided against wear or failure in service, including failures caused by application errors, surface preparation issues, environmental conditions, or misuse.
SPECIAL ORDER, NON-STOCK & MANUFACTURER-WARRANTY PARTS
Special-order parts sold by Premier Water Tanks LLC may be subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty terms, limitations, and approval process. In such cases, Premier Water Tanks LLC provides no additional warranty beyond that offered by the manufacturer, and all claims are subject to the manufacturer’s inspection and final determination.
Warranty coverage for special-order parts may differ in duration, scope, or eligibility, and customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable manufacturer’s warranty requirements.
Products from the following manufacturers carry the original manufacturer’s warranty only: Alemite, Cox Reels, Eaton, Fill-Rite, Graco, Morrison, Reelcraft, and Yamada.
