This Parts Return Policy applies to all purchasers of Premier Water Tanks, LLC products, including end users and authorized dealers. All returns must have an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Premier Water Tanks, LLC before shipment or delivery, and RMA-approved parts must arrive within 30 days of authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.
RETURNABLE
- Parts must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in saleable condition with original, undamaged packaging.
- Returned no later than 90 days following the date of purchase.
- Approved returns will receive credit for the invoiced value of the part, less applicable restocking and freight
fees.
*Used parts and made-to-order parts are not eligible for return unless Premier Water Tanks, LLC supplied
the incorrect part. No return or warranty is implied to used parts and made-to-order parts.
NON-RETURNABLE
- All electrical components or parts that share the same categorization as their electrical counterparts
(sensors, electric switches, wiring harness, etc.).
- Open kits of individual components, such as: gaskets, seals, o-rings, bearings, etc.
- Literature such as parts books or service manuals.
- Fluids such as oil, chemicals, or paint that do not have a secured seal.
- Made-to-order parts or hoses.
- Discontinued or replaced parts.
- Freight charges are non-refundable.
HANDLING CHARGES FOR ACCEPTABLE RETURNS
Stocked parts:
- 0-30 days: no charge.
- 31-90 days: minimum 20%.
Non-stocked parts:
- Parts under $45 extended consumer price: no credit.
- Parts over $45 extended consumer price, returned within 0-30 days: minimum 20% restocking fee.
- Not accepted after 30 days.
RETURN REIMBURSEMENT
Reimbursement will be issued using the original form of payment:
- Line of credit: Credited to the account.
- Credit card: Refunded back to the original card.
- Cash: Refunded in cash.
- Check: Credited once the check clears.
CORE RETURN POLICY
Cores for remanufactured components must meet the following criteria and are subject to inspection:
- Returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The same parts as the part purchased.
- Fully assembled, drained of all fluids, and in its original packaging.
*All returned parts are subject to Premier Water Tanks, LLC’s quality control inspection and must meet new OEM standards. Parts displaying installation marks, damage, contamination, altered condition, or any deviation from OEM specification will be rejected. Premier Water Tanks, LLC may refuse any return that does not meet these requirements. Customers will be notified of rejected returns and must arrange pickup within 30 days of notification Any unclaimed parts after this period will be disposed of at Premier Water Tanks, LLC’s discretion, and no liability will be assumed for them.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
