A heavy-duty bearing frame provides increased bearing life, while sealed bearings help prevent dirt and debris intrusion and eliminate the need for in-field bearing greasing. A stainless steel slip-fit shaft sleeve helps protect the pump shaft and simplifies service. The packed stuffing box provides convenient access for rope packing adjustment and replacement, allowing this common wear component to be serviced without replacing a complete mechanical seal assembly. The pump casing can also be rotated in 45 degree increments, providing additional flexibility when positioning the discharge for different water truck plumbing configurations. Grooved Connections Unlike the FNPT version, this pump features 4" suction and 3" discharge grooved connections.
