About Us - Premier Water Tanks
Premier Water Tanks may be a relatively new name, but the people, experience, and water tank designs behind it go back more than 25 years.
Before Premier, there was Team G Water Trucks.
Team G began humbly, building water tanks in a small pole shed with a dirt floor. Founded by Chuck and built alongside his family, the company grew around hands-on experience, family involvement, and a commitment to building reliable water tanks. Chuck's sons grew up around the business, learning to weld, fabricate, engineer, and solve problems from an early age.
Years before the acquisition, the future partners of Premier Water Tanks began selling Team G tanks to their own customers. Over roughly a decade of working together, the relationship grew beyond simply buying and selling equipment. Both sides recognized an opportunity to combine Team G's product knowledge and manufacturing experience with decades of experience in the heavy construction equipment industry.
On February 15, 2022, that relationship entered its next chapter when Premier Water Tanks acquired Team G Water Trucks.
The goal wasn't to replace what Team G had built. It was to build upon it.
Premier retained the knowledge, people, and experience behind the original tanks while investing in the resources needed to grow. Following the acquisition, Premier expanded parts warehousing and manufacturing capacity while adding equipment including an overhead crane, plasma cutting capabilities, and a 400-ton press brake to bring more of the manufacturing process in-house.
Today, Premier manufactures on-road and off-road water tanks while continuing to focus on the principles that brought the companies together in the first place: quality products, innovative solutions, strong relationships, and support for the people who depend on our equipment.
More than 25 years of water tank experience brought us here.
